We would give 0 stars if possible. We went to purchase a new mattress, Michael was fantastic. However when we had delivery all set up we waited at home ALL day and finally called to see when it might be delivered only to find out that it wouldn't be delivered that day at all. No one contacted us to tell us this had that happened we would not have had a problem but since we did not hear from anyone about this, we requested our delivery fee back since we would have to wait until the following week to get the mattress delivered when they refused we cancelled the entire order for a full refund. This same thing happened to us twice once a couple years ago and then again today. Clearly this is an ongoing issue that they either don't care about or not a priority to address the issue.
