I bought a bedroom set in January and 3 weeks later the bed broke at the weld. It took them 2 months to replace the rail. It broke again a few weeks later in the same place. In april i went into the store to let them know they had me order a different style bed. In july i called inquiring and they told me that the manufacturer could not supply the bed due to lack of production. No one bothered to call and let me know. They finally said they would refund me the cost of the furniture minus the mattress because they couldn't take it back. A month later I have not yet received the refund and the bedroom set is still sitting in my bedroom! I have never had such a horrible experience. I will never shop Galleria again and will never recommend to anyone!!!
