All sales people were very kind and helpful. When we had a couch delivered and it was ripped. There corporate clientele are rude and policies became more important than the customer, us. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau on how I was treated and spoke to today. Yelling and talking to me as if i was being scolded and on trial. There was a rip on the couch she wanted to know it happened as if i did it. Then onto why was it delivered into our home and who took the plastic off it. As if we were to blame for the rip and for having it brought into our home. Its a large couch 87" long. We gave the drivers tip. They were very kind and helpful. I am disabled and cannot walk much lift. She also wanted to charge us for a delivery fee now plus yelling how do we get the couch out now. What is going on here. I amsk shook up from this call I am shaking. Customer service at this place needs help lots of it.
