Was shopping for a lift chair for my father and was referred by a dear friend to check out Furniture Factory Outlet. As soon as I walked in the door Rodney greeted me and was ready to answer all my questions and help me find the perfect chair for my father. He spent lots of time with us explaining all the different chair selections and the warranties. He went above and beyond and answered all our questions and was very helpful.
