My wife and I purchased a bookcase at Factory direct at the the Lacey location on 07/03/10. Since it was not in stock we were given an estimated date of 8-10 week. It is now 10/14/10 and we still haven’t received our bookcase. It's been 17 weeks since we paid in full at the time of purchase and we are still waiting! Both, my wife and I have made numerous attempts to get in touch with the store to track our purchase. Every time we call, we are informed that their computer is down and that they cannot look up the order. Return calls and follow ups were promise to us on countless occassions and till this day no one has once tried contacting us. Pam Smith was the sales representative that processed our purchase and Brian Elliot is the store Manager. Niether has taken accountability nor ownership to resolve the situation. The 4th of July weekend sale has now become more frustration then it's worth. This is the first and last purchase we'll ever make at Furniture Factory Direct. We do not recommend this store to our family, friends our anyone for that matter. Personnaly this tops the list of the worst place for customer service.
