We had furniture on layaway. When we tried to order pickup for furniture they said, the furniture had been discontinued. We've been trying to get a refund but we keep getting the run around. She told us her manager said the bank was sending a check through the mail almost a month ago. We haven't received our refund & now they're not returning calls. Stephanie is blaming Jennifer, she's supposed to be the store manager. The manager is always unavailable per Stephanie. I'll be glad to remove this negative rating when this matter is rectified. I'm filling scammed at this point.
