We went in to purchase 2 sets of twin size box springs and mattresses plus metal bed frames. We didn't get box springs but had "foundations" without being told. Signs said "No returns or refunds". Didn't find out about the switch to foundations until we got 150 miles away. Opened up the bed frames and put a foundation and mattress on one. I sat on the foot of the bed and the mattress and foundation tipped up. I had to cut the brackets off that would have been used for a head board to slide the bedding forward 5 inches to prevent this from happening to our guests. Then, when we were putting the sets together (again) with mattress covers I put my knee on the top of one of the foundations and the very thin wood cracked under the small amount of weight that I had put on it. Now we wonder how long this $800.00 mistake will take to completely fail.
