    On Sunday, on Facebook you were asked to contact our GM by e-mail if you wanted to discuss your Simmons comfort issue. His e-mail is He has been awaiting an e-mail from you. He is happy to discuss the matter with you.

    We have contacted your sales person 5 times as he stated he had sent the owner of Freds Beds our concerns via email with never a return phone call. I think I have pretty much begged your company for help with no avail. You telling me to email GM is nothing more but horrible customer service. It's Actually a JOKE!

    Because e-mail was unacceptable, our GM reached out by phone this morning. He spoke to Mr. B. Although we have no recourse with Simmons for a comfort issue, our GM offered to pick up the mattress this morning and issue a full refund. He was told arrangements could not be made until next week. He left his cell phone number with the customers to schedule a suitable time for them. We certainly hope this will be a satisfactory resolution.
