Customer support is terrible

I would not recommend purchasing any furniture from Fallon’s, their staff does not know how to follow up and support the customer. We have our full living room set which consist of 2 couches, 1 chair along with 2 ottomans start pilling after only 4 months. Now after a year still no resolution even after multiple discussions. We were told that the rep would be contacted and it would be resolved, but no response to date.
