After the mattress was delivered, I had trouble registering the warranty online so I called the store. I was told not to bother with it. I was told by the store manager that i was "crazy". I called the main corp office to complain and no one would call me back. I returned to the store 4 days later to seek assistance. The manager used profanity at me and told me to get out. He told me they were coming to get my bed in the morning. I never had a complaint about the bed but no one ever listened to me. Beware of this store, they have poor customer service, esp after the bed is purchased!
