We went in to buy a new mattress for our daughter on 17 Dec 2011. The salesman was a very knowledgeable, affable man. The mattress my daughter wanted was not currently in stock, so he said it had to be ordered and it would be delivered to our house when available. I realize that during the Christmas season, everybody's busy so I didn't expect to have the mattress until after the holidays. But when the 10th of January 2012 arrived and I still had no mattress, I decided to call the store and find out what happened. All I was told was the truck would have my mattress delivered to the store within a couple of days and they would call. A day later I received a phone call letting me know that I could have the mattress delivered the next day between 4-6 pm. At 6:15 on the day of the delivery I called the store to find out when the mattress would arrive and received no answer. I went online and saw that this place closed at 5 pm on Thursday's. The delivery was never made that evening and I received a phone call from no one. As I am writing this review the next day, I still don't have my mattress. I don't know what is going on with these people but this is not how a successful business should be run. Stay away from these guys!
