Horrible customer service —-AVOID

Sent this company multiple messages on Facebook (read receipts show they’ve read them), left comments on their posts on Instagram and Facebook, trying to figure out a mattress to buy (as the local store is closed due to covid) and no one responded. When I mentioned my efforts to receive customer service and the lack of response, they deleted my post and still didn’t get back to me. Horrible impression sent to a potential customer - I can’t imagine how they treat you once they’ve got your money (and after reading reviews on that, I’m not surprised to see they ignore you post-sale too). AVOID!!!
