Bought the plush mattress and within a week it began to distort so much so I nearly fell off edge of bed. I contacted store about an exchange and was told had to sleep on it 30 days and was told a comfort exchange was 299$ , I was miffed as there was no mention of this during sale. Then I was told it could possibly be replaced under warranty. They sent the delivery guys with a straight edge and ruler to make this determination when it was plain to see mattress had distorted.Then I waited and was told various conflicting stories that it was under review blah blah!
My last call I was told Serta denied warranty and I was SOL! Well congrats Ellen and Owens I spent nearly 10 grand in your stor and was going to spend another 5 grand but guess what I am driving to high point nc where we will buy our furniture which includes club chair and ottoman lamps dining room and end tables. Very unhappy about this experience
