Deceptive and dishonest!

Long story short: Their furniture is comprised of cheap, fake/faux/imitation woods and leather which are made in China, which are vastly marked up.

They are liars.
We've been working with Susan Hangarter for over 9 months to resolve an issue of a fake "top grain" leather sofa. After we came to an agreement, she lied and refused to honor her end of the agreement. No integrity.

Record all your conversations!
We did but our special needs daughter recorded over ours. They will lie to you and must be compelled to be honest.

Rude customer "service"
They're rude, antagonistic, argumentative, unhappy, unfriendly, and unhelpful. They drop your calls and/or transfer you to phantom lines, where no one ever picks up.

Deceptive:
We came to a "VIP Members Only" even to buy a bed we saw advertised. We got there as soon as they opened and found the bed advertised (shown fully assembled in the ad) in pieces and missing parts (like the headboard). Turns out, they had only ONE bed for sale and it wasn't even complete. What a joke!
