Think twice about ordering a mattress from dreamcloud, if you look up their reviews as a company they are terrible. I personally ordered a queen on Memorial Day 2020 and still have yet to receive it. Contacting their customer service is nearly impossible, 50+ min hold on the phone, 2 hour wait for chat, and no response to emails. I was promised 14 business days for delivery from date of purchase, lie. They are still advertising that same timeframe to new customers, Resident Home does not care about their customers.
