If you care about disabled combat veterans, please do not purchase from this company because they don’t care. We purchased a platform bed and mattress in December, platform broke in April. Since then I have emailed and sat in chat cues on a weekly basis finding out when a replacement would come, I have been promised shipping next week for 7 weeks. I need to get my man off the floor, so I began asking for a full refund since they are not able to fulfill. Sadly I have been denied each time. After 8 weeks I finally had a rep agree to cancel the replacement and issue a refund only to find out a week later (after waiting another 2 hours on chat) that they cancelled the replacement but wouldn’t issue a refund. This company is dishonest and should not receive support from anyone. Support vets not companies.
