I purchased a sheet set and a set of pillow cases from Dream Soft. The company sent me the wrong size of sheet set. When I called to inquire about it, I was assured by the call center that I had properly placed the order for the correct size, however when disputing this with the company they refuse to take any blame whatsoever and instead are throwing the call center folks under the bus. I placed a negative review on Google and the BBB. The company is now performing EXTORTION by refusing to send me a return label until i take down my negative comments. SHAME!
