I purchased an extended warranty when I purchased an adjustable bed frame/mattress from Dr. Snooze, Ocala, approximately 5 years ago. That experience was ' one stop' awesome.
Recently the head of the bed stopped lifting, I needed help to resolve the issue.
I was pleasantly surprised when I went to the store unannounced and met with Keith who directed me in the steps to go to contact the extended warranty claim center.
He was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful, providing me with the information required in order to receive services to correct the issue. In addition, he requested that I would follow up with him to ensure the issue was resolved.
Keith was available when I needed help, he was also patient and caring, helping to ensure customer satisfaction.
The warranty company, Guardsman, sent a technician to assess the problem, then made the decision to replace the frame. I now have a new adjustable frame that is superior from what I initially bought.
It has been a positive experience, kudos to Keith!
