I took my 83yr. Old mom into the Store Dovers Outlet Fultondale Alabama. Dusty the Salesperson was fair. June 2017. The mattress has a dent within 2 months. My mom go to bed between 9-10 at night, sit in her den doing the day. I am trying to figure out why a Firm Pillow Top Mattress would dent this fast A full size Set $400. Call back August 14, 2017. Explained what happened....long story short....we were told bring $50 to the Store & they would bring out another out. Well we rented a Uhaul Truck spent $55 to bring the set home. Now another $50 to bring another mattress out....unbelievable! Do Not purchase from this Company this is a rip off Outlet. They beat people if you owe them $50 & it's their negligence this is trouble business. PLEASE BEWARE!!
