I can't remember the fellas name but I am certain he was the owner. He was very helpful and sells well crafted beds at great prices. Don't be fooled thinking certain brands are the best. Look into warranty info and ask as many questions as you want.. at dotcom beds, he won't seem bothered or skip a beat because he knows his stuff. I bought an englander latex bed from him and couldn't be happier.
