when we ordered the mattress the sales lady assured us "there was a lot in stock ".she scheduled a delivery date which we agreed. 1 day before the delivery I had a message on my phone:"the mattress was send back to the warehouse.sorry we'll try to deliver it this sunday"=5 days latter.after talking to customer service I was promised a 100$ gift card as a compensation.didn't see it yet.just words..and worst :an email from customer service said:the mattress might be damaged.that's why it was sent back..very reassuring indeed..

This comment is about delivery service: They had the wrong city! No one called. The driver did not refer to the postal code and try to figure out what was wrong. When I phoned the agent was curt verging on really rude. I'm
still waiting apparently my area only has Saturday service. 3 weeks on the sofa
