We paid more as the next sales person said that our first "great" mattress on sale was not so great. New mattress was great for a few months then started to bulge in the middle. Called and did what they recommended. Another year and worse. Called for service and left message after message. Another six months later we tried and tried and finally a representative would come. No one called back to confirm, no one came. Several months of messages and not a single call back. Next step is through our lawyer. Too bad!

    We are having issues with our recent mattress purchase. Requested a replacement. They have refused. We are thinking about what our next step will be.

    Wow that’s my story to their mattress are garbage it’s robbery for us customers They tell me that 1.5 is a normal deep hole in the mattress on both sides where we sleep and a huge hump in the middle And they are refusing to change it don’t buy from them their mattress are expensive and don’t last a year got my first in 2016 had to fight for a second 1 in 2018 and now again Let alone the back pain now the argument of getting my money back pure robbery
