Total dissaster, product is not as in the pics

The Bloom Mist matress is confortable to sleep but I would love that would be more robust , in the corners it is very soft and when I sit in the bed it gets very thin and unstable.Something a little more hard in the base of the matress would be better.Besides that Fedex delivered the box in very very bad conditions and left it out my building , I arrived before it got the snow storm if not I could not imagine what would happen. Besides that I called FEDEX 1 night before asking them to deliver the matress on thursday as dorme-vouz seller told me via the chat the deliver will be performed 3 days after the order passed, which was no true at all since I bought it Monday night...Fedex delivered wednesday around 4pm and the box was all broken and in very bad conditions , when i pulled it inside the building the handle of the box was half broken and it sent me to the floor and I hit my back with the stairs, I will need to see the doctor cause the hit was so hard that I am in pain. Fedex agent told me also when I called them that when they deliver the delivered man must put the box where the client asked and they confirmed me they won;t deliver if the client is not at home, that they do 3 retries....ALL WERE big lies cause the box was left outside even blocking the entry of another apartment and the dorme-vous agent lied about the delivery was after 3 days the order get processed.I am very disaapointed of the service given.
