Don was well-informed, knowledgeable and very personable. He made the shopping experience very pleasant and easy. I much prefer his helpful, easy-going manner as compared to the Manager of the store who was the exact opposite and I would definitely NOT have purchased this high quality bed from someone who clearly uses his position as what appears to be egotistical.
