Worst woman I've ever encountered and I've been in sales for 23 years! I placed an order 12 weeks ago and I had to do constant follow up in order to get updates on my Lazy Boy chair, after I called for an update she proceed to talk over my every word and yell at me, this caused me to cancel my PRE- PAID ORDER, I've never been treated with such disrespect as a CUSTOMER!!! Please run away from this place and buy elsewhere!!
PLEASE buy your item elsewhere, she will treat you like trash...
