Walked into this store knowing exactly what I wanted, but expected the hard up-sell. However Robert was right in step with me—knew I knew what I was talking about, laid out the specials I was entitled to, and super helpful with adding a box spring. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and personable—the perfect salesman.
