Glenn was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Lots of good tips from experience. No pressure, but asked good questions to determine our needs. Let us take all the time we needed to test the mattresses. We purchased from him about six months ago, and were very happy that he was in the store the day we came in. I highly recommend you talk to Glenn for your mattress needs. I didn’t answer 2 questions about delivery because that hasn’t happened yet.
