Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable. Mark was patient, answered my questions and asked me questions to help me narrow down my choices. It was so refreshing to actually walk into a store really needing assistance and getting exactly that, and then some. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. It also helped that Mark did his job with a positive attitude and his honesty was very much appreciated.
