We needed a mattress for our guest bedroom and our guests are arriving in a little over 2 weeks. When Sara found that out she went right away and checked availability for us so we could select a mattress we would be sure to have in time. She also understood that this was a bed that would not be used much after our guests depart and was respectful of our budget which we appreciated.
