It was the easiest and most enjoyable buy of my whole day. No pressure sales but was given deep insights physical and personal experiences to include buying options, comparisons, and even live demo’s on the variety of choices. This helped seal my confidence in my purchase. Kyle was very knowledgeable of the product was straight forward and unbiased with the selected name brand we had focused on but also provided alternative choices while presenting the product as a brand. We did not feel rushed to make a decision….. It was the best experience we as a family has had in all the 30 yrs of purchasing a mattress.
