It was great. Very laid back, non-pushy staff that were very helpful in helping me pick a pillow. I tie a knot in my pillow case to make my pillow fluff up and I still have problems. I went through many pillows before stopping in at Denver Mattress and Mark was able to solve my problems in less than 5 minutes.
