We expected to have to run from the sales staff while looking for our new mattress. Fortunately, Lisa was not the pushy salesperson I was expecting. She was truly kind, knowledgeable, and didn't just throw us into a category. She heard our unique needs and introduced us to several valid options. This made our final decision much easier and far from overwhelming.
I know when I'm being sold something, I'm a salesperson myself (in a totally different market). Thanks again for the great help, Lisa Ramos!
