I am a disabled veteran with many severed nerves and other injuries from my time in war.
Rick was made aware of this situation and really took his time to help me find the best form, fit and function of a mattress.
It was about a year ago that I was in the store to ask questions and the timing then wasn’t right.
Rick, even tho he sees many people, he remembered me. Rick even remembered to ask about my kids. (That was impressive)
I had A Lot of questions. Rick was patient with me. He kept saying, “with what you have going on, I am not good with hearing, it’s ok. I need to hear, ahhh that’s the one!”
I am not an easy person to sell something too.
Rick made the experience, less of a bother and more “I’m not going to let you settle!”
Very impressive to say the least. Not many people would do that.
