Robert was patient, attentive and responsive to my concerns while seeking a new mattress. I did not feel rushed or reassured in my mattress selection and it was clear he wanted me to be comfortable and confident in my final decision. We even did a strength test to discover the right fit. I’d never hear of that before but value the logic behind it and why it’s can be critical up someone that’s struggling to make the right choice.
