Salesman (Jason) was very knowledgeable of all products. No pressure to buy a certain product, just focused on my exceptions and needs. No "if you buy it today sales pitch." Very patient, as I asked questions, and changed my mind a few times. On second visit to the store even he remembered my name.
Pre-delivery experience has been great. Still about two weeks before I receive my mattress.
