Both David & Sam were very knowledgeable, informative, helpful & thorough with their answers to any questions I had; perceptive & leading, without feeling pushy or aggressive, listening to my needs & addressing them thoughtfully. Extremely professional. I didn't plan on buying on the spot, but they made it too easy. Here's to hopefully better night's sleep ahead. Thanks!
