David provided great customer service by asking me what size and type of mattress I was looking for and then showing me the products that matched what I wanted. He left me alone to try out the different products for comfort, and then when I had narrowed down my selection he answered any questions I had and helped me select from the available bedding gifts offered with my purchase. Then he gave me his business card in case I had any further questions before or after delivery of my mattress set. I was pleased with my shopping experience overall and appreciated how helpful David was in helping me make my selection.
