I knew what I wanted to purchase when I arrived at the store. Ephraim ordered my mattress and set it up for "drop off" service. Everything went smoothly. The delivery was late and I would have appreciated a phone call or text to let me know they were running late. I almost missed them because I was leaving my house. Ephraim did honor the sale that started 4 days after I paid for the mattress. Overall, things went well.
