Will is an incredible store manager. He knew the answers to all of our questions and had first hand knowledge of the mattress we purchased. We were not bombarded as soon as we walked through the door but had time to browse before being approached. Because Will was so knowledgeable, we were able to quickly make a purchase for a mattress that will meet our specific needs.
