You know you have a GREAT company and EXCELLENT customer service when you’re not looking for anything for yourself, your accompanying someone else, however the experience of the customer service representative to listen to key words of what you’re saying and brings out an Active Chill pad and asks you to “try it out”!! OMG, both my sister and I bought a pad!! Listening to your customers shows both interest and caring!! Thanks Meredith!!
