Riley is very knowledgeable about all the mattresses and is happy to explain everything, there is no pressure, he is just very good at showing all the choices and listening to feedback and helping to try each mattress. I had many pre conceived notions and threw them all at Riley and he patiently dealt with all of them. Great person, and we got 2 mattresses!
