We had an excellent experience buying an Heirloom Salano mattress. Francisco Hernandez is an excellent salesman, and is thoroughly knowledgeable about all the various permutations of the various brands that are stocked. We ended up buying a mattress that was significantly more than we went in to buy, but after the demonstration, and the exploded sample of the mattress the sale was assured! If you are going to buy something of value, then only buy it once...
