Spent over 2k and Salesperson (Manager) would not wave delivery fee for a 4.3 mile door to door in town delivery. Also, delivery personnel did not tie up and/or secure any of the extra several feet of loose cables and chords connected to the new adjustable bed base just left on the floor under it to collect dust and debris and get tangled up with cleaning machines, pets and even small children. A hazard!
