Mikayla was very informative on all comfort levels and brands of mattresses. She explained the pros and cons explicitly. Her value analysis of buying direct was also helpful. We did end up buying some accessories also as to complete the overall alignment concerns. She was asked to follow up on instock questions and delivery options and did so in a timely manner. She definitely understands what true customer service is all about. We will be back for future needs.
