Felix - the manager / salesman was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He knows the product and gave an excellent overview of all the options. When we visited the second time he remembered our names and made us feel welcome. Customer service means as much to us as the overall quality of the product. They go hand-in-hand. If Felix hadn’t work hard to answer our questions we may have moved on. We’re looking forward to our first nights with our Purple mattress.
