The person who helped me was a manager. There were two or three customers in the store, and there was one man sitting at the desk who did not take any of the customers. Therefore, Kevin took care of all of us very well without any lengthy waiting at all

We are glad that the manager was able to help you. We recently hired a new sales person that was probably doing some training on the computers so that he can one day help people as well as the managers. We are glad the wait was not too long and we wish you many restful nights on your new mattress set!
