10/10 Would Highly Recommend

TL;DR: Would recommend this Denver Mattress and its employee, Tayton, to literally anyone and everyone I know.

My husband and I worked with Tayton on the purchase of a new mattress. When I returned to the store a second time, prior to purchase, Tayton was working with another couple, so Kirby was happy to answer some of my emergent questions.

Tayton met us at the door, opening it for us, as we brought our five month old in a car seat/stroller - Impressive start.

We went through our existing sleep situation, with Tayton asking a few clarifying questions. He ultimately made three specific recommendations, which I appreciated, as choice overwhelm is a real thing. Tayton was knowledgable and it was obvious his statements and answers were reasoned, logical and experiential.

My husband and I wanted to discuss everything away from the store and Tayton...let us... There was no sales pressure, there was no 'here's what I can do for you today,' he was professional and simply gave us his business card, his working hours for the following day and thanked us for stopping in.

I returned by myself the following day and made a few final decisions. Kirby was happy to answer some of my questions, as the mattress I was interested in was the same brand he and his wife sleep on.

Once Tayton became available, we completed a purchase on a new mattress and adjustable base.

If a mattress needed more frequent replacement, after the experience I had at Denver Mattress, I honestly wouldn't mind it. One of the most professional, knowledgable and easiest purchases I've made in a long time.
