I purchased a mattress today to Denver Mattress in North Little Rock, AR. My salesperson, Lisa Ramos, DID NOT warn me that not purchasing a mattress protector or a mattress pad would then negate my 365 Better Sleep Guarantee. She simply pushed me through initialing and signing paperwork. Yes, it's my fault for not recognizing this fact, but she should have had the decency to notify me of what I was NOT going to be provided. I will NEVER purchase another mattress here.
