Jay greeted us upon entering the store, listened to our idea of what we were looking for, made suggestions, progressed us to different mattresses in attempts to meet our needs and giving us great information about the different types available and the benefits and the differences. It was a very pleasant sales experience for a change, Jay listened, provided excellent feedback and gave us all the information and options to make an informed expensive purchase.
