Ray was excellent to deal with prior to purchase, during purchase several days later, and after purchase. He understood our needs, answered our questions thoroughly, and if he didn't know the answer, he looked it up so he could learn something new himself. He encouraged us to try different beds and firmness to ensure we made the best decision possible. He even stayed late a couple of times to make sure we walked away satisfied. We would definitely recommend working with Ray for all your mattress needs.
